Norman was a inspirational member of PCS Union.  As a Trade Union member, Norman didn’t shy away from standing shoulder to shoulder with his fellow workers to fight for better conditions and wages for all.  He was truly the embodiment of a selfless Trade Unionist – fighting to ensure that both his colleagues now and those in the future are left with a brighter legacy.  Norman helped create that brighter legacy, winning with his colleagues, higher pay and terms for all.  His dedication to making the workplace better was also replicated on picket lines – leaving us all with a smile.
