This Tribute is supporting St Christopher's Hospice and the African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust. The staff at St. Christoper's provided much needed advice, comfort and support to us in our Father's last days. The ACLT is a charity that the family have supported over the years. They give hope to patients living with blood cancer and illnesses where a matched donor is required to save a life. Please feel free to make a Donation to the either organisation on our Father's behalf.
