I'm sending love and prayers to Norman's family and friends and am very sad to hear of his passing. I knew Norman only slightly because he worked as a security guard in my workplace. We often had a few minutes chat and I was always extra glad to see him on duty when I arrived in the morning, as I knew I would be welcomed with a broad smile. It sounds like he was a man of many parts and much loved.
