I was sad to hear of Norman's passing, he will be sorely missed. He was a welcome sight as I arrived at work each morning, he always had a warm and friendly smile and greeted me with a cheery good morning. Lucky for me his smile was also in place as he wished me a good evening as I left the office for the day. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this sad time. May he rest in eternal peace.
